What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, on frunkery.com. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are optional, and you can turn those off below.
What we use
Essential Always on
Keep you signed in, protect forms from abuse, remember your privacy choice and which country you are visiting from. The site does not work without them.
Provider: Frunkery, Supabase
Payments Always on
Set by Stripe on the checkout page to process a payment securely and prevent fraud.
Provider: Stripe
Preferences Always on
Remember things for you in this browser: a listing you were writing, search filters, recently viewed cars, messages you have dismissed. Kept in local storage.
Provider: Frunkery
How you found us Always on
One first-party cookie that records the site or ad that first brought you here, so we know which channels work. It holds no name, email or phone number and lasts 90 days.
Provider: Frunkery
Analytics Optional
Show us which pages are visited and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site.
Provider: PostHog, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager)
Advertising measurement Optional
Tell us whether an ad led to a visit, a listing or an inquiry, and help show our ads to people likely to be interested. The Google Conversion Linker stores the ad click that brought you here in a first-party cookie.
Provider: Google Ads (including the Conversion Linker), Meta Pixel (both loaded through Google Tag Manager)
Measurement events sent to analytics and advertising providers don’t include your name, email address or phone number.
Your choices
Turn optional cookies off or on. This button switches analytics and advertising cookies off (or back on) for this browser. In the language of some state privacy laws, it is your opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out without you doing anything.
Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland. Optional cookies stay off until you accept them in the consent bar.
Your browser and the ad platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working). You can also adjust ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com and facebook.com/adpreferences.
More detail
How we use personal information more broadly is in the Privacy Policy.
