A+ Hybrid Batteries

Just had the battery in my 2009 Camry replaced. Alex was my technician who did a wonderful and thorough installation . A very pleasant knowledgeable young man and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone that if you need a hybrid battery replaced , this is who I would call.

Luke did an outstanding job. He was even willing to wait while I ran my own diagnostic software (Dr Prius) after completing the battery replacement. As expected, the new hybrid battery scored well and there were no fault codes or unexpected issues. Thanks Luke!

I can't provide enough superlatives to describe my experience with A+ Hybrid Batteries out of York, PA. The two technicians who came to my house in Southern Chester County, PA were right on time and immediately went to work trying to diagnose why my 2007 Toyota Highlander wouldn't start or even provide any diagnostic information on my hybrid battery. Without the car starting, I did not know how to release the gear shift into neutral to move the vehicle to a better place (it had been stuck in my driveway for months before I found A+ Hybrid). These guys know their Toyotas inside and out! Once they released the gear shift (showing me how), they immediately ascertained that the shifter linkage at the transmission had corroded to the point that the shifter could not move the position sensor to where it would sense that the vehicle was in "Park". Without thinking it is in "Park", the engine will not start! After working on the linkage and the position sensor with about half a can of penetrating oil, they got the position sensor in the right place and the car immediately started. After re-checking the diagnostics, my existing hybrid battery checked out OK, so there was no need to exchange it! The techs had told me while they were working on the shifter linkage that as much as they would like to sell me a new hybrid battery, they wanted to solve my problem as their first priority. Once we got the vehicle running and knew what my problem was, they followed me to my local mechanic, who will follow-up with a new shifter cable, linkage lever and position sensor. The techs then quoted me a VERY reasonable cost to cover their travel and labor. I couldn't be happier with A+ Hybrid's professionalism, honesty and commitment to customer service!! I will certainly call them again if the hybrid batteries on either of my Toyotas fails in the future.

I've had my car Lexus CT200 HYBRID for 10 years. Got the alert 2x regarding battery needing replacement. Contacted A+, put me in touch with technician who was very knowledgeable, patience and answer questions throughout and educated me through the process. Tech showed up as scheduled, and took great care and taking out the old batter, putting replacement in, went for test drive and car drove like when I first had it, no noise. My mind is at ease abd I feel peace again while driving my car. I'll recommend them without hesitation.

Our Prius battery died late Friday afternoon. We found A+ Hybrid Batteries and they promised to send someone to fix the car by late Saturday afternoon. They did exactly that. The tech showed up as promised and installed the replacement battery in less than an hour, tested the installed battery during a test drive. Everything was perfect and I paid the bill. The car was fixed in less than 24 hours after the battery failed. Luel the tech was perfectly trained and knew the Prius inside and out.
