ABS Alaskan / Alaska Battery.

Charged their customer several thousand dollars more than industry standard for a back up generator. Then claimed Generac "lost" their order for months. Then once they finally got the genset in five to six months later, they poured a horrible slab that's not even level. After my company came in and wired the unit (they promised to install it 100% but they dont even have electrical license), they have now failed to pay their bill for going on 5 weeks later. But the person who answers the phones assures me it was a mistake that will be rectified immediately. Still waiting on my payment Jim......two thumbs down.

ABS installed solar on my home but when the system didn’t work properly they would not help me. Their passive aggressive front desk person gave me a hard time each time I called. When I would get through to someone they said they would help but never followed through. In the end they delayed and made excuses until my one-year warranty expired. Now I’m left with a sub-par system and no help with even my most simple of requests.

We selected ABS to solarize our neighborhood. They came to my home and we helped them prepare the literature and coordinated the literature drop. Since then we were one of the last homes they solarized and have had problems since installation. No response to the many calls we have made since then. Be forewarned: choose a different solar installer.

Very helpful service staff and lots of product in stock. Im there all the time for one thing or another. UPDATE: Jason spent a lot of time and effort in helping me design my off grid solar power system within my very tight budget. Great service.

Seriously top notch service! Jason really knows his stuff and does high quality, professional work. Our wirelsss security cameras weren’t reaching the back of our property where we were having the most trouble with break-ins, but Jason refused to give up and figured out a solution that has lifted a big weight off my shoulders! Now we can store vehicles in the back part of our security yard without worrying about break-ins or vandalism. I can’t say enough good things about this company!!!
