Great service. Speaks English and Spanish. Was only $60 for a diagnostic and great price on 12v battery too. Helped me confirm the codes on my Prius were only due to faulty/dying 12v battery. Quick replacement, drove 30miles, then tested again for free. Codes gone.

It's not often you find someone in the business of fixing cars that doesn't try to milk every last penny out of you, but he is a good, fair person who stands by his work and I'm so grateful to have found him! First off, great service, and great price. More importantly, a positive quality of work that spreads via word of mouth—can’t beat that! My buddy at work drives the same car as me, a 2017 Lexus CT200H, basically a Prius with leather. I randomly had a maintenance light come on my dashboard warning me about a ‘Hybrid Battery Cooling Part’. I mentioned this to my coworker and he told me he knew just the place! I called Addison Hybrid Battery Repair and spoke to Albert. Albert and I arranged a date and I brought my car in on a Friday. Service was quick and to the point! Albert showcased professionalism, great time management, and extensive knowledge surrounding hybrid vehicles-which was very reassuring! This man is amazing!! He did it incredibly fast and even showed me things that Toyota’s official mechanics never told me about. Yesterday all my engine lights came on and I needed to go to the Toyota parts and services mechanics. Hours later, I was told that the hybrid battery needed to be repaired and was going to cost me 3,780. This is my first car and I really felt like the time had come where I needed to move on from her because there was no way I could afford that. I looked online and found this repair shop that does it for super affordable prices! After he finishes, he shows me that the 12V battery was actually leaking acid and was staining everything underneath it! This was something Toyota NEVER told me about in the first visit (months ago) NOR this visit (today, 9/3/25). He replaced my air filter that was filthy as well as the 12V battery all at once, not even coming close to half the price of what Toyota wanted to charge me. The battery placement was 1,500, the 12V battery was 170, and the air filters were 20 bucks. Once I was ready to go, he even gave me a cute key protector for my keys!! I will be a returning customer in the future!!
