All Points Auto Electric, Eddie and his Crew did a great job on our Ford Mustang convertible. The driver side window was not working. We thought it was just the switch but on an 11-year-old car, it turned out to be the motor. Eddie and his crew ordered a new motor from Ford dealership in Dallas, had this fixed within 4 days of dropping off our car. We took our vehicle to the Ford dealership a month early (July) in South Austin and left it for 11 days including the weekend. They said there was nothing wrong with our window and it was working just fine. When we picked it up the window was still not working. We told the technician and he said that it must just be an intermittent problem and we could leave it again, by creating a new work order and paperwork if we wanted? We were so disappointed with the way the Ford dealership people treated us in South Austin. We said no thank you and we left. We are so glad we found Eddie and his Crew to do the work correctly and get it done within 4 days. Y'all are a godsend. Thank you! We Highly Recommend them for any electrical work you have on your vehicles. Thank you Eddie and crew for doing such a great job.

Eddie and his team are great. They recently replaced our spark plugs on our 2017 Toyota 4Runner and it has run really well through two long road trips this summer. We were able to get the appointment on their schedule quickly and Eddie charged a fair price. It is nice to know a mechanic who knows what they are doing and is transparent and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I had the most quick and excellent service I ever had with any mechanic. My AC service was done right the first time. They provided upfront the entire cost of the service without any hidden fees. They finished the job at the time frame they said it will be done and in between communicated to me the status of my car. Their fees was reasonable and economical. I would highly recommend them and certainly will go back with any car issues.

Eddie turned my experience with mechanics around, especially as a gal buying a used truck (and had not had a vehicle for 4 years). I went to a mechanic before him that was taking up to 2 days for an estimate and kept pushing me off. Eddie listened to me- was kind, direct, fair and got my horn fixed, battery replaced and front & back brakes tended all within 1.5 days. Communication was excellent and I felt in safe/good hands. Absolutely fantastic. Had problem with my car. Diagnosed over phone it was probably engine mountings. Had it in that lunchtime to take a look. Confirmed engine mountings. All done by lunchtime the next day! Great service and Eddie is the perfect front of house. Highly recommend.
