AZ Battery Store

Great customer service!! Have Any battery you might ever need! Very convenient to I-10

So o purchased a new wicked start battery after I installed it 3 days layer it failed, fell below 10% and wouldn't take charge anymore, cost me $40 to send it back, I received the replacement few days later and the same thing happened 5 days later. I spoke to owner and he refused to help me, now they won't answer my calls, I don't recommend spending your hard earned money just to go buy another battery somewhere else!

Note that they needed more room and moved across the street. Dave there is the fellow to get with when you need great advice. He has helped me to make solid decisions and excellent choices more than once. Prices for high quality batteries are amazing and what you would normally pay at other stores for LOW quality batteries. HIGHLY recommended for battery backup systems as well as mobility scooters. A+ 5 STARS!

First and foremost..... This is a VERY high quality business! I ordered a VERY specific battery for my needs, AND they had it IN stock! I didn't realize that I was ordering my battery using a canceled credit card that was canceled just JUST the day before because we had found fraud on the card so the card was canceled. The order didn't go through of course and I realized I hadn't received any notifications that I made the order and that it went though and all..... THIS was when I realized I was stupid and used the credit card that was canceled the day before. I made another order using a card that I knew was good. The order went through GREAT and I received the battery VERY quickly. The shipping was a bit expensive BUT the overall total was still less expensive than what Amazon wanted. The next day, I received an email stating that they have located where I tried to make an order but the credit card did not go though. I let them know that I had made another order and had already received it. This is PROOF that this company WANTS your business not just some "Fly By Night" company that if an order fails to get billed, they shrug their shoulders and hope for the best. I "WILL" do business with this company again when needed!!!

Stopped by to pick up an Odyssey Battery, cheapest price in town!! They even beat the online pricing that I was finding and I got it the same day! The people inside were very warm and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a battery!
