Battery Bill's

I called over the phone to get a quote on a car battery, then took my car in to get a load test done. A new battery was installed, they also checked if the alternator was charging. Pleasant employees.

This place is awesome! The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed a replacement lead acid battery for a backup UPS. They had the battery in stock and they helped ensure my UPS worked with new battery before I left. They have a very generous seven day return policy. The price I paid was very good.

Super impressed with this store and the knowledgable friendly staff! We were vactioning when my daughter's camera battery died. They helped us find a replacement and gave us great tips for extending the battery life. In addition they had the best prices on the island! Thank you for saving our trip!!

I've been a customer of Battery Bill's for years and have purchased several batteries from them over that time. They've always been knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help me find the right solution. Most recently, I stopped by for a battery replacement and had the opportunity to meet Bill personally. It was great to see that the same commitment to customer service and quality that built the business is still very much alive today. The team is friendly, the service is fast, and they take the time to answer questions without making you feel pressured. It's clear why they've built such a strong reputation in Hawaii over the years. If you're looking for batteries and want to work with a local company that stands behind its products and service, I highly recommend Battery Bill's.

Met Mr. Bill himself the second time I went, (I was a little star struck) super patient with my questions he was straight forward with his products no matter his prices he only offered the best for my specific needs (didn’t care to try and overcharge or oversell me) gave me an invoice for add ons (in case I wanted to buy in the future) for the C1000 he sold me. One employee when I went the first time was also super patient and informative and patient even though that time he took me to the show room and didn’t buy anything, overall awesome and friendly staff (also told me the best bang for my buck and didn’t try to oversell me) with the Hawai’i laws when it comes to batteries, I’m glad they provide the services when it comes to selling batteries to avoid the headache of importation rules also I didn’t know what I wanted either till both bill and his employee gave me the info and knowledge to choose the c1000 by anker, thanks again to the employee and Mr. Bill if you are reading this I thank you and have recommended your business to all my soldiers aswell! God bless you guys.
