battery for less

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. I purchased batteries from them that were represented as Interstate AGM batteries. After experiencing major electrical issues with my Ram 2500, including damage that ultimately required repairs to my ECU and fuse box costing me over $5,000, I began investigating the batteries that had been sold to me. The batteries I received did not appear to match what I had specifically requested and paid for. After further inspection, an Interstate representative and dealership personnel were involved. The batteries were examined and it was determined they were not genuine Interstate AGM batteries as represented to me. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to discuss the situation and reach a resolution. Unfortunately, my calls and attempts to communicate have gone unanswered, leaving me no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my losses. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I trusted them to provide the products they advertised and stand behind what they sold. Instead, I was left with significant vehicle damage, substantial repair costs, and no support from the seller. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would encourage others to do their research before purchasing from them.
