Battery Outlet Inc

I’ve been purchasing batteries from Rick for years. He has always been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I believe on at least two occasions he went beyond the typical help fullness with no extra charge. This friendliness is why I went back over the years. Today June 25, 2026 I discovered the business merged with one from Chesapeake, VA. Rick is no longer there. I hope it was a mutual decision that Rick is no longer there.

What a great store & management team! Rick, the manager really went out of his way to make sure my company had everything that we needed & even went above & beyond to get me a receipt! Thank you again...

You can find just about any battery you're looking for. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. My go to place for all my battery needs!!

Rick is absolutely superb! I described my requirements and he immediately knew what I needed. More importantly, he explained why his was the best option and put the batteries and cables as they should be so I could take a picture and replicate the setup later. The best service I could have imagined. Highly recommend!

Rick replaced my battery right away. I arrived there right as he opened around 8am in the morning & the replacement only took 10 minutes and it cost me 3 times less the price that it would have cost me to get my car towed and get the battery replaced at a dealership. I highly recommend this place for emergency battery replacement.
