Battery source of East Montgomery #015

My experience was great, I went in for a battery for my Cam Am Ryker and the Manager Thomas was very knowledgeable about what I had going on.He recommended me to a better battery called extreme and Man Im glad I went with his recommendation,my bike rides great with zero vibrations like he said, and fires up super fast with more cranking amps.Keep up the good work guys!!!😁👍👍

When we decided to get my daughter a birthday gift. We didn't anticipated any misfortune during the transport. Unfortunately, upon delivery it was scratched; inwhich, it may be mundane to some it wasn't to us. I reached out to the corporate office spoke with Mr.Glass, informed him of the situation and how it was supposed to be my child's bday gift. He stated, and I quote, " What can we do to make it right." They replaced the entire part and Jesse James @ the Atlanta Hwy. Montgomery location was more than accommodating!!! They were so polite with assisting us and informing us of other services the company offered right at the locations. So, we got a WINDSHEILD added on !!!! I'm so thankful, we chose to do business with this company. With the customer service and accommodations that was provided to my family. Will make you forget about the misfortune. I mean you can look at the smile on my child's face!! DO I NEED TO SAY MORE. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Bought a car battery from them almost 2 years ago. Started having problems with it I went to the East Montgomery store and they stated that I needed it replaced .Great customer service and professional environment, the young man that installed my battery was a very humbled God fearing individual. Great to know that their are good people that still are around. KUDOS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

There are several strong, handsome guys here. The service is excellent. It’s really exciting! They are good-looking, Friendly, And attentive. I highly recommend everyone come and give it a try! Hahaha!

I absolutely love this place! From the friendly staff to how quickly the service was completed, I truly enjoyed my experience. As a college student living out of town, I felt very comfortable with how they handled my car and took the time to explain everything to me. 10/10 service — I highly recommend them!
