I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service for this business. A "real, "live" person answered the phone immediately and helped me by assuring that the batteries that I needed were indeed "in stock". They were promptly shipped and well packaged. Thank You! I have recommended your business to others.

Excellent customer service! Had a battery that didn't snap in firmly, but received a replacement very promptly, no questions asked. Definitely will use Battery Universe in the future.
