Battery X-Change

This building has been here for many, many years and in general I tend to just drive by it. However, I was very grateful and thankful that this battery exchange was here when I needed it. I had already taken my car into Midas literally 2 weeks earlier which is basically across the street and they were unable to be very helpful and suggested I just changed the battery. I'm not sure how they determined that or technicians just weren't and aren't as capable of diagnosing these type of problems. But what essentially ended up happening is I did replace my battery and in 2 weeks later my car still had starting issues where I had to jump start it per my suspicion. It was the alternator and thankfully taking it in. Cody was able to confirm that was the situation. Being that this is a smaller business, it was surprising to see that Cody was willing to take this on by himself. He was there working solo and had an extremely busy day. From what I could tell, I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 and picked it up at 5:30 p.m. Right when they closed, which was right when he finished working on it. I'm very grateful. Cody is a great person. He's extremely friendly, respectful, and capable. He has the knowledge to help and the personality to stick with it as well. He even offered me additional services that I will be following up with him shortly as well. I recommend anyone who has any problems with their starter battery and or potentially they're all changer. I originally went to autozone who tested my battery and said it was good. A few jump starts later, I came to battery x-change for a second opinion and so glad I did! Staff was knowledgeable and informed me how their battery testing differed from other places and had a new battery in my car within 30 minutes. Battery with installation was affordable. I’ll be back when needed!!
