Battery X-Change - Portland

Kyle's customer service is spot on! Hes a joy to deal with and his knowledge of the different batteries available was exceptional.

Friendly, educational, and ethical! I previously bought a battery here and found their prices very fair, but after recently having battery issues from underuse, they helped me restore my current battery function (though not bought from them) when they could have pushed me into buying a new one (which had already happened the week before when getting an oil change elsewhere). Also have tips and advice for avoiding this issue in the future. A breath of fresh air!

Amir has helped us out the last several times I've had battery troubles, and he goes above and beyond every time. He's super helpful and understanding, and the rest of the crew is stellar as well. They're honest people and I'm thankful for all the work they've done for me:)

Amir replaced my alternator and recharged my battery the same day I called in. He explained everything well, was very polite, and broke down the different parts and prices for me. I got it done for less than many other shops were quoting and he did a great job. I'll be going back again the next time I have a problem.

We stopped with our work van which was having inverter/battery issues. Zak, the manager spent over an hour trying to figure out the problem. It ended up being a blown fuse that was affecting the recharging process for the batteries. He saved us well over $2000 in expenses if we would have had to replace the batteries. Zak is extremely knowledgeable and really cared about helping us. His assistant, forgot his name, was also very helpful. We highly recommend this business and will be returning customers!
