Very friendly service. We had an error code that they read for us and helped troubleshoot for us. They caught an unrelated issue that saved us big bucks and took care of our error code! Big thumbs up for them!

Very friendly staff. Just drove my hybrid in that was flagging me with HEV error codes for the past 2 weeks whenever it started, but the code disappeared after a few starts. No appointment, no nothing, yet the mechanic(s) were ready to receive us in the lobby, with cold water on a warm Fresno summer day. They immediately listened to our description and immediately got to work on using their scanning tool to look for the issue. They ran the car thoroughly, running multiple scans, using a different scan tool, and looking at the engine bay. After 15 minutes of tyring to determine the issue, it turned out that our hybrid didn't have any major issues (at the time) other than that my Niro's hydraulic clutch fluid was very low. We drove straight to Walmart after that to top off the clutch fluid, and the start up issue seems to be resolved (or way better). My car is also shifting a bit nicer too. While they didn't necessarily do any repairs, they were incredibly helpful in helping to diagnose our problem, a problem that seemed hard to diagnose (and potentially expensive) until they found out that the cause was merely low hydraulic fluid for the transmission. I'm actually shocked that they didn't charge anything at all for their time and diagnosing. If I took my car to a dealership, there was no doubt I would be short $300 for diagnostics, or worse, the dealership trying to work me over replacing expensive hybrid parts. Definitely coming back here next time we're having issues. There's not many mechanics I know can confidently approach a hybrid, as I know for sure that Pep Boy's does their best to avoid anything that is hybrid related.

I received a little " inside information" from my AAA tow truck driver he said you should try Best Deal Hybrid ..first of all , they were half the price of the dealership.. they had my prius up and running in a few hours. , I was even more pleased the second time I brought my price here every 1st time customer gets a 10 % discount t it' Really is best deal Hybred, thankyou best deal they gave me a first time customer discount ,10% , they are reasonable, available,,,thorough, " they seem to good to be true " but they are the real deal! 2012 Prius V, used vehicle from the dealership. Less then a year from my purchase hybrid battery 🔋 issues. Best deal hybrid makes sure that their customers are satisfied with their work and they hold to their warranty. No hassle when I ran to some hiccups a few weeks after getting some battery cells replaced.
