Talked to shannon about some technical issues I had and was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge just over the phone without waiting for her to research my question. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and product. I ordered a replacement battery for an electric lawnmower. It was as advertised. It works well with the machine, even though it is a different brand. I removed one star for failure to follow up as stated in the confirmation email - "Usually within one business day/24 hours". After six days, I reached out by email and received a response the next business day, and standard delivery 5 days later.

Sells on eBay as backupdog. Does not honor 3 year warranty. These batteries were installed in an APC sua1500rm2u rack mount battery backup. Two years later the UPS turned on a red light indicating a fault. The casings had split on two out of four batteries. See photos. It is possible one of the internal cells shorted out and the batteries overheated. The seller's representative, Shannon, denied coverage under their "abuse" clause. You see, a maintenance free battery apparently needs a little care. Perhaps they need a hug once a month. Also, Powerstar batteries are made of the finest materials on the planet. Do not buy from this seller.
