Butler County Hybrid

A rock hit my hybrid system radiator when I as driving my daily driver. This rare model car is critical to me and I realized it was toast immediately. I called the dealership for emergency service but they're to weeks out and say they can't help me. No one out there wants to touch a hybrid part, even if it's just the radiator. Lucky for me, Butler County Hybrid was within my towing range. I had the car towed there. Luckily the dedicated staff stayed well after published hours and were there for me to drop off the keys, though they do offer an after-hours slot. Within 12 hours I had a diagnosis and a totally reasonable repair estimate to replace my destroyed radiator. Less than 24 hours after that they had sourced the part, completed the repair, and I was back in my car. Honest, fast, and good price. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Tom (the owner) goes above and beyond to personally ensure his customers are taken care of. He's transparent, honest and hardworking. He's a rare breed and the reason why I wouldn't take my Tesla anywhere else. Thanks Tom, truly appreciate all of your hard work. 🙏🙏

Butler County Hybrid replaced the head gasket on my 2013 Prius. Tom and Laura were very clear and helpful along the way, from the quote to confirming the coolant leak to updating me on when my car would be ready for pick-up. The repair was in Nov/Dec of 2025, and my engine is running happily in May 2026. The folks at Butler County Hybrid have earned my trust for jobs big and small; I will be glad to continue bringing my car to them.

Recently my Toyota Camry Hybrid started giving me some issues with the ABS. I had scheduled an appointment for the 20th, thinking it was something that could wait, but it turned out my front wheel bearing and CV axle had gone bad and needed immediate attention. I called to see if my car could be repaired sooner than expected, and they were able to fit me in. The labor was very reasonably priced, and they were able to get OEM parts the next day and complete the repairs quickly. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely be returning if any other problems come up.

I cannot overstate how kind and caring Tom is!! He has been so generous with his time and explained everything to me, helping me learn about my car in the process. He really knows his stuff and is creative, scrappy, thorough, and prepared with certain parts on site. (Not to mention cheaper than anything you can find in the city). After the most recent fix fitting me in before the holidays so I could get home, my car is running like brand new! He’s helped me out when I’ve needed it most and is so accommodating. He makes you feel like a part of the family. It’s been wonderful to meet their family in the shop, since most of them are involved in the business. I cannot recommend them enough!
