Continental Battery Systems of Boise

I always go to Bob at the Boise store for any battery I need. We replace a LOT of batteries in telco remotes and central offices and he always finds what we need.

If I could not put any stars I would. I've been buying batteries here forty years. You recently were bought out by continental batteries. My battery was a 65 month battery.I bought it from that shop. First thing you said was I didn't buy the battery there.Call me a liar. When I bought the battery I was in the system.They told me I'd be in the system.Two i'm not in the system. The one individual that store treat me like dog s After forty years. These guys. Need to have a talk with especially the person that dealt with me.I could care less about the battery. I won't be treated that way by anyone. So if you want to be treated crony and then be lied to and treat a terribly go get a battery there.

On 8/8 I needed help identifying which battery model my generator needed. The employee said he couldn’t help unless it was pulled out of the unit and brought in, which I didn’t know how to do but was willing to try if I could borrow a screwdriver to open the unit, which he claimed the shop didn’t have. He was VERY rude and short and made it clear he didn’t want my business. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are better service oriented and helpful places right across the street.

There scam goes like this.....oh your battery is bad, sorry, can't test it to help without it being fully charged. Come back when it is charged. It won't hold a charge. Take it out, charge it for 24 hours and somehow bring it back. Dont have to honor the 75 month warranty if they cant prove its bad. Bought it 7 months ago. I work and need my car. Only way to do it was buy another battery from them and then figure out whats wrong with the first one. BS!!!

Stopped in because I was having issues with an odyssey battery which they carry. They did a few tests which it passed so they offered to but it on their charger over night as they thought my issue might be from my charger. Battery ended up being fine and they never tried to pressure me in to a new one. Awesome customer service.
