I was expecting to pay real money coming in with a brand new Audi Etron Q8 it had been damaged to the back window and the top. My car was only a week old. However Christian and Jason jumped right into action and fixed my issues with NO COST??? I can't find this good service anywhere. I hit a deer and messed my car up pretty bad. I searched around because I wanted a shop that uses manufacturer parts and not cheap after market stuff. Kevin is the office manager and he kept me updated and helped me from beginning to end of this process. He was very professional and understanding- delivering great customer service! My car was even detailed before I picked it up, so she was all nice and shiny! What makes me most happy is that the body work done is such good quality and the paint job was blended so well that you would never know it was smashed in a few months ago. If I ever need my car fixed again, I will not hesitate to bring it to this Crash Champions location again!

Corey and his staff is THEE BEST! I had an issue with my back doors looking discolored due to the snow salt used up north. I had tried everything and the doors had a really bad white overcast on them. When I dropped the car off to Corey, he did a thorough job of walking astound the car and taking note of everything that would need to be done. He asked questions to gauge my expectations giving his expert advise on how my needs could be best met. Unlike other collision centers that tried to add unnecessary items, he was very honest and only wrote what I needed. When he took the keys I felt confident that all would be taken care of and I was. He kept me informed about my timeline answered my call when I called. There was a time when he was busy but the nice receptionist took a message and he was prompt in calling me back. His team finished my car and when I tell you my car looks BRAND NEW!!!! When they brought it out, I couldn't believe how well they blended everything. They even restored the black trim so it wasn't ashy. I would 100% recommend this facility for all of your collision needs.
