I had a great experience with Elite Auto Electric. They were honest, communicative, and took the time to explain everything they found on my Honda Accord without trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys earned mine. Fair, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend scheduling to get your car fixed here. Didn’t get any services done with this shop but Hugo and his dad were very helpful when I asked for help on my 2012 Lexus ct200h and were able to direct me in the right direction to fix my car’s electrical issue where the engine bay fuse box was having a short of electric power supply to my cabin fuse box(main body control Module).I was able to diagnose the problem and got the Lexus back on the road on July 4th

This isn’t just your typical review as honestly, something really worth it would make me take the time to do this cause who of our generation does this stuff. Hugo “JR” has been working on my 2019 Ranger trying to solve a complicated and unique electrical issue that I some how managed to cause. Unfortunately Jr was unable to make the repairs as there really is no clear answer in sight, only a very very expensive guess. Is my truck fixed? No but that’s okay, but isn’t that the kind of business practice you would want out of a mechanic? Not just someone to take you for a ride and $5,000 later your truck still isn’t fixed? Hard work and hours put into my vehicle with amazing communication along the way and an honest and respectful outcome between business and customer, you can’t ask for anything else. Just bring Jr your business and you won’t regret it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I brought my Nissan frontier in with an electrical issue beyond my knowledge, I went to pick it up and it started up as if I bought it off the lot. Hugo and Hugo Jr., are quite ELITE in their craftsmanship and knowledge of all things cars. Could not recommend them enough.

I had a fantastic experience with Elite Auto Electric. On my drive to the airport my battery light came on and I had to stop in Happy Valley, when I called, Hugo was very helpful and assured me they would run a diagnostic as soon as I brought the car over. The problem turned out to be the alternator and was assured he would find a new replacement and provide me a fair quote. The whole diagnostic, getting the replacement and repair was less than 3 hours. He evem offered to drop me off at a near by Starbucks while I waited. Hugo was very informative about the repair and even offered to take a look at my brakes and suspension when I brought up my concern. I'm very appreciative for their help and efficiency, it felt good talking and being seen as a person rather than just another customer. I'll definitely be going back in the future. Also Woody, the basset hound, was very friendly and cute.
