I had an excellent experience with EV BATTERY USA when replacing the hybrid battery in my daughter’s Ford C-Max. Their team went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was the level of support they provided after the purchase. They sent personalized videos with step-by-step directions to ensure the battery swap was done correctly and successfully. Thanks to their guidance, the installation went smoothly, the car started right up, and it’s driving great again. They also backed the battery with a warranty, which gave us even more confidence in our purchase. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about customer success the way they do. Amazing team, outstanding customer service, and quality products. I highly recommend EV BATTERY USA and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I had a hybrid battery warning light come on in my 2019 Prius C, and the dealer quoted me an outrageously high price. After doing some research, I found EV Battery USA — and I’m so glad I did. They offered me two clear options: a full battery replacement or replacing only the failing cells at a much lower cost. They explained everything honestly and helped me choose the best option for my budget. I went with their recommended reconditioned solution. It arrived quickly, my mechanic installed it with no issues, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. The battery’s performance matched exactly what was promised, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend EV Battery USA for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable hybrid battery solution.
