Eric met us on site where the car was being sold and did a complete and extremely thorough inspection of everything on the car. And I mean everything! Testing the battery took the longest, but he was able to tell you exactly what condition it was in. We gave him a good tip to let him know how much we really appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Amazing experience with the best, most professional Insight mechanic I've seen. Eric replaced the IMA battery from Bumble Bee in my 2005 CVT and did it right on the trailer so we didn't even have to unload it. He made the whole experience pain free. We had accidentally left the key in accessory mode so the 12v was dead and Eric took it out and charged it for us free of charge. I will definitely use him again...he's 2-1/2 hr from me but, I am glad to drive the distance for such great work. It's great to have someone working on my car who I can trust. Thanks Eric!!
