Pricing is not transparent. I got quoted something else over the phone but got a lot of extra miscellaneous charges. Wouldn't recommend because of that.

Don’t end up like me. I have an out of warranty Tesla that I was hoping to have repaired here. I explained the issue rather throughly, even providing the exact error codes that were provided from the Tesla’s service mode. I was told that this wasn’t good enough, even for a rough estimate/quote and that I needed to bring it in for them to properly diagnose and issue their quote. I express that this is my only vehicle, so being without is bothersome, but am assured that they have free loaner vehicles available. I arrive at the shop for drop off at my scheduled time and am half-greeted by somebody who had no idea that I even had even made this appointment. He takes my info down again and was even able to give me an unexpected courtesy ride back home, as their free loaner vehicle I was promised isnt available and isnt even available out of this shop, and would have needed to go to their main location all the way out in Glenshaw for this. Come time to receive my quote, and on top of the original issue, which I was quoted over DOUBLE what the Tesla service directly has quoted for this, I’m given a laundry list of issues, including wiper blades and a cabin air filter, both of which I have personally replaced myself within the past year. When I asked why the price was so high, since anybody, including myself, could go to Tesla and buy the part from them directly, I was given a very scripted “warranty” clause that is clearly used way too often given by how easy this rolled off his tongue. This being said, to get my car back, I had to pay their diagnosis fee, which I am now finding out is also more than Tesla charges for their diagnostic. When I asked the tech that worked on my vehicle what version of “Tesla toolbox” was used, I got a “we work on Tesla’s all the time” response, making me question if they really did anything except for running the self-serve tests that can be done by anybody (I tried telling them I did this myself) within the Tesla’s service mode. In summary, I thought that supporting a local business and going third party from the dealers service center would have saved me money. I was wrong and was gouged by being quoted more than twice that of the dealers price. So I’ll now be going directly to Tesla for my repairs. Hopefully I can save somebody else from this hassle as well. I was also told by the tech that this shop had just opened up a week ago (beginning of 2026,) so I’m unsure where these year old reviews are coming from.

I've used them for Lane Departure and Proximity programming. They are very knowledgeable and have helped our shop out several times. Great alternative to the dealer for anything related to ADAS Calibration.

Had my Silverado in to a chevy dealership in Bellevue chevy "experts" it still wasn't working correctly. Long story short I'll never go back there for anything again. I was told about EVS . Not only did the staff keep me informed , they identified all my issues , detailed what was wrong and how they were going to correct it. Not only did they correct the issues that the dealership missed they corrected what I paid the dealership to fix . EVS is honest, upfront, great pricing, and intelligent. Definitely smarter than the gm mechanics that went to gm "college". I would recommend EVS to anyone! You can trust them guaranteed!

I own a VW and one morning driving to work, while it was snowing, my front assist became unavailable. I dislike having to deal with dealerships so I began to google if I could find a place who could handle this issue. After reaching out to a couple places I found EVS just stood out. Justin was very responsive to my questions and concerns and really helped making the decision easy and painless. He not only was able to perform the recalibration for my ADAS (front collision monitor), but fully diagnosed what could have caused the issue in the first place. The amount of information and complexity to these ADAS systems is insane, but Justin is definitely a master. He fully explained every detail to me on what actions he performed and the outcomes. Ultimately repairing my front collision unavailable issue and warning light. This isn't a service you ever hope to need, but I feel very very lucky to have found EVS and will 100% contact them again if I ever have any issues with this system on my vehicle. The communication, support, and general care for the customer is unmatched here. Thank you EVS for taking a stressful situation and easing my mind and fixing my car.
