Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Recycling | Seattle, WA

Great job and excellent customer service. Thanks James!

This place is amazing! Their price for a new hybrid battery cost 1/5 of the price the dealership gives. It also comes with a generous 3 year warranty! Do they honor the warranty you ask? Yes!! I just had my prius C in today because of a "replace hybrid battery" code and the battery was replaced quickly with no hassle (I was 2 years in to the warranty period). Joe is fantastic. He explains everything in a way anybody can understand and is friendly and professional. The shop is so clean! Definitely recommend to anybody who wants to extend the life of their hybrid Toyota without paying $10,000 to the dealership for a new hybrid battery.

Had an issue with a phone protective screen I had installed. I returned to the store, the young man who originally installed it took time to try and repair the issue, finally agreed a new unit was needed. Installed it properly and stayed patient, respectful and positive thru the entire process. Great service again from the store 👍

Outstanding service, I've got multiple cars for business in service with these guys! Best price, in the market.
