Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Replacement | Jacksonville

After researching which was the best route to go for a battery replacement on my Prius with 234K miles, I stumbled across GreenTec and they had a location that was fairly close to me but I still did a mobile install. Andrew was great, arrived when he said he was going to arrive, explained what he was going to be doing and replaced the battery quickly. They also had a team reaching out to confirm the appointment and make sure they gave me all the information on the batteries and warranty that they offered which Spencer did a great job of explaining as well. All in all, I got the car back and running and will update if anything happens.

I had a wonderful experience. Communication was easy, all my questions were clearly answered. It only took 45min and was half the price then the dealership!! I thought maybe getting the work done here would be “too good to be true” but I was proved wrong. The mechanic was extremely nice. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had the work done more than a month ago and have had no problems.

Have a camry with bad codes wouldn't start. Andrew came to the house, promptly answered all questions, showed the details of the issues and promptly replaced within a day. Excellent service and so far after 3 weeks everything working great. Highly recommend!

We used Greentec to replace the hybrid battery in our 15 year-old car. The whole experience was positive. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way and the installation was accomplished at my home. Andrew and Jorge installed the product and were on time, very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. A job well done and much appreciated.

Jacksonville was closest to my location four hours away. The service tech Andrew was awesome. He still took the time to diagnose, answer questions and replace hybrid pack in my 09 Camry.
