Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Replacement | Los Angeles, CA

My mechanic confirmed that my hybrid battery was on its last leg and referred me to Greentec. It was a Saturday and this location is closed on weekends. I called the generic number on the Greentec website and shortly after, received a text from their sales rep. A few minutes after that, I received an invoice with the total cost of the replacement. The following Monday, I received a call from the San Dimas location and a little over a week later (they had to order my battery), they replaced the battery which took about an hour. This whole process was seamless, and their prices compared to what Toyota quoted me was significantly lower with a solid warranty.

These guys, Andrew and Gerardo, did an excellent and timely job. Greentec has great remote support for back their mobile workers and even though my car proved more problematic than most, they stuck with it and retried everything 3 times to make sure their refurbished battery was an actual fix to the underlying problem. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. I have a 2011 Toyota Prius with approximately 94,000 miles. After shopping around and getting a wide range of prices and information, I decided to go with Greentec Auto. The people sounded professional and reliable and I liked their basic approach of using new and used parts which was good for the environment and the pocketbook. I got the battery with new cells and a 4 year warranty. I’m getting over 50 miles per gallon again and the car is driving like new. The installation was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place.

So far, I have no complaints. The guys that work at this place are extremely friendly and professional. Everything appears to be on the up and up. They have great service and great customer skills. I will continue to do business with them in the future and highly recommend them. I received a battery pack for my 2013 Tesla model S. I will keep you updated. It was a great experience working with Greentec. Beware, it does take a little time to receive your battery, but they made me aware of it, and fortunately for me, it didn’t matter. Upon receiving the battery, they got right to work. They didn’t give me a hard time about keeping the car there after. They were helpful through the whole process. I can definitely recommend them to anyone reading this post.
