Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Replacement | Nashville, TN

I live out of town and bought a used Prius as a little commuter car so that I wouldn't have to pay for plane tickets or rental cars. Shortly after purchasing this used Prius, the battery error warning came up. Greentec was the closest shop I found on the map that could get my new car fixed up. They were professional and courteous through and through. I never felt pressured to order a more expensive option, nor did they try to add on any upsales. They were informative and transparent 100% I knew exactly what they had for options, and knew exactly when my battery would be available for install. They scheduled a quick appointment and had me in and out in 45 minutes! This little Prius runs like a new car! Kyler was the gentleman who did the work on my car. He was clean, professional, and lightning fast! I've waited longer for oil changes! 😂 The hassle free warranty option was a huge selling point for me as well. It's very relieving to know that there's a trusted hybrid shop so close to where I work when I'm in town. Thank you Kyler and your whole team at Greentec!

Great experience with Kyler and Greentec. They did exactly as they said they would and for the price agreed ahead of time. The hybrid battery warranty includes parts and labor for 3 years. I would not have bought the hybrid battery if it had not been such a great Warranty. They got it done early.

From the moment I purchased a new battery for our Toyota Prius online to the follow-up call on that purchase to the scheduling of the installation… the service was top notch! Being able to get it financed made it even better! Kyler Davis came to my house and installed the battery within an hour. It takes a bit of time to set it up and run it through to check codes. He explained it all and told me about the warranty the battery came with too. I am beyond satisfied with the service. As for the battery, so far so good! The car had sat for two years. Runs like nothing ever happened!
