We had Green Tech Auto repair the hybrid battery in our 2011 Toyota Prius and the whole experience was incredibly easy. They came out to our house and installed the battery right in our garage, which was absolutely worth the on-site service fee instead of having to drive the car up to Phoenix. The installation only took about an hour, and they walked us through everything on their computer system so we could see exactly what was going on with the car. They also showed us the replacement battery and explained the process, which made us feel really confident in the work being done.
