I got a good battery replacement experience. Mechanic Jesus arrived on time, worked efficiently and my car works normally now. I appreciate being able to watch the operation of changing battery. It is a pleasure to watch someone work who knows what they are doing,

Buyer beware: the battery are probably fine but Tesla unlinked my account while in getting battery installed and then refused to service it because had a reman battery. Paid for battery, towed to tesla to try to get battery; programmed and straight to the junk yard. Maybe battery is great I just won’t very know

Service was cancelled before battery replacement was scheduled. I asked before putting down the deposit on a Saturday, if I could cancel if my local mechanic could put in an OEM replacement at a fair price, and Tyler said, yes, no problem. That Monday I cancelled the service before the appointment was scheduled and Tyler confirmed the deposit would be refunded. When 10 days later no refund had appeared I left 3 messages, and called 2 additional times. No calls were answered or returned. i was forced to despute the charge with my credit card company. It makes me wonder wonder if warrenty claims are handled in the same way. They were very responsive on the sales end, then ghosted me as soon as they had some $$.
