The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Alexis was very informative to talk to about all the previous work I have done on the Prius and was prompt to let me know the next steps in the process. Once Alexis identified the code my car was ready in about 2 hours which is amazing work. Now my codes are gone and I can use cruise control again lol thank you Alexis for being such a great tech

I researched several companies that did hybrid battery replacement and selected Greentech because of their BBB rating of A+. More impressive was the many customer positive ratings. Sure enough once I called the main company I received a call the next day from Alexis Gonzales in the San Antonio, Texas office. We scheduled my car in to be sure I needed the hybrid battery on my 2013 Lexus RX450h with 170k miles replaced. Alexis was very courteous and even took my wife and I to a mall nearby so we did not have to sit and wait. Less than two hours later he picked us up in my repaired car. He explained the process to us very well so we felt good about choosing Greentech. A few weeks later my car is doing great and I guess due to the battery being in better shape my car even gained on fuel mileage back to like a new car. I could not give a better recommendation for a company and hope Alexis is promoted and given a pay raise. The level of service he provided is very rare.

Alexis was fair and honest and that’s all you can ask for when you’re making a big purchase. It turned out. It was not my battery. It was just the fan that cools the Hybrid battery and he put it in with no charge. You don’t get service like that every day if anything happens to my Hybrid, he’ll be the first person who knows.
