Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Replacement | Tampa, FL

The service was great. We drove up from St. Petersburg. Our car would not start. I took the 12V battery out and took it to our battery shop. They charged it as it was totally dead. I put it back in and it started and ran fine for a few days. Then it wouldn't start again.. I took it back and they charged it again.. And we looked for an EV place. The online reviews lead us to Greentec. They checked the car out and said they couldn't fine anything wrong with the system. They thought we had left something on that had drained the 12V battery, but now was fine. Nothing wrong with the EV battery. So, no charge.. Wow.. What I took away from this is they know what they're doing and a lot of people are still not familiar with EV's. That's what Greentec does and from what I can tell, does it real well.. I definitely recommend them.

Top level service! Hailey, one of the techs, explained everything there is to know about my new remanufactured battery and how to take care of it. I learned so much about my car that I simply would've never known. The crew as a whole seemed very passionate about their work and doing it right. They definitely went above and beyond what they needed to do!! Highly recommend this service. (2011 Hybrid Camry)

I spoke to sales rep by text around 11am, at 4:30pm the same day I had a new hybrid battery installed. I am extremely pleased with the pricing, quality of work, and promptness showed towards me. Highly Recommend.

After doing some extensive research, I chose to buy a remanufactured hybrid battery for my Toyota Prius V from Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Replacement. Hailey was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The visit was scheduled and Greentec immediately began replacing my hybrid battery upon arrival. The whole process lasted about an hour and the pricing was very fair. Greentec gave me a one year unlimited mileage warranty with the battery which provided some peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company. True professionals !!!!

When I arrived Jaxxs (the girl at the desk) grabbed the info sent over from the resv I made and she grabbed my keys moved my car into position and she started right in on removing my battery after running a report showing one or more of the batteries cells had failed. She stated it would take about hour but I belueve it was done in less than 35 minutes. .After replacing she had to go to office for some other customers and another young guy came forward and finished. Being sure car was back together that the new battery tested out perfect and then to my amasement he topped off all my fluids and told me little about the car , a few things I didnt know . These two both in mid 20s I assume did quit an excellent job. For a moment I thought she was the owner and was thinking wow fantastic but later I did see two older gentleman roll in. Those two probably could run own shop if they needed to expand . Just a thought. Customer service was excellent . Thanks to both of you . Made my day!
