HEV-Rescue Hybrid Battery Repair

Everything about this experience with Christian and his team was amazing. Honest trustworthy pricing with over the top service. My son‘s battery on his Prius went out. Christian had me in the same day and the job was completed by the end of the day. They did a top to bottom inspection of the vehicle changed all the filters. Christian has earned my business into the future. Honestly, don’t waste your time looking around Christian and his team will get the job done right.

I was not excited to see the all the lights on dashboard light up. After spending some time researching I decided on reaching out to HE Vehicle Rescue. The online contact form was easy to fill out and I got a response promptly! They did a great job explaining all the options and price points. It was easy to schedule the appointment and very convenient that they are mobile. My technician, Christian, was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind (goes a long way). Christian did a great job installing my new battery and explaining all of details after. The entire experience went as smooth and painful as free as possible. 5/5 stars. I cannot recommend them enough.

I got to say Christian is one of the best electric vehicle mechanics out there. If you are looking around don’t even take a chance on anyone else. He will break down the reason to you in a way a normal person will understand. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Never going anywhere else again for my car. Thank you again!

A business with this many 5 star reviews is either fishy or incredibly well deserved. After my experience with them, I can tell you without a doubt that its incredibly well-deserved!!! Christian took care of us meeting the highest levels of customer service expectations from the initial phone call all the way through and past final payment. His communication was outstanding. All the repair work was completed as discussed with no issues or surprises. And even after he had our full payment and had completed all the agreed upon work, he explained maintenance requirements to us thoroughly and then helped us prepare for our smog test when he could have just let us walk away. Thank you Christian for truly caring about your customers and the experience they have with you at your shop. We feel seen, cared for, and heard.
