Seriously, if you're having problems with your hybrid, just go here. My 2009 prius has had non stop issues over the years, and I've basically paid for it twice in repairs and what not. Dont get me wrong, I love my car! Its just...... finicky. The dealership wanted 800 to fix the inverter, and quoted me 4,000 to replace the hybrid battery.....yeah, not happening. I shopped around a bit and eventually saw the wonderful reviews here for hybrid battery exchange, and the one thing that really stood out to me was that there were prices listed on his website. The transparency Andre has, and the actual care and communication that he gives really is a breath of fresh air. Long story short, Andre had my car fixed within 24 hours with a new hybrid battery, inverter, and 12v battery. And he pin pointed the problem, which was a crack running down the trunk of my car that was letting water drip in, causing water damage to the electrical components. I've since come in a couple more times, (like i said, finicky car) and had my car diagnosed, fixed, and sent back on my way in just an hours time at most. He's truly a wonderful person who takes his time to explain things and gives really good advice on what can be done to prevent further issues. He upholds his warranties, and his prices and transparency are the absolute best.
