Hybrid Battery Repair

It was made very clear to me by the owner that they have big contracts and that they aren't worried about serving individuals like me. They had my prius for an entire week just to say that they had scanned the codes and it would be 1000$ to examine the wires and recondition my battery. I decided not to do the repair and instead contacted the competition who came to my house, opened up my battery, and fixed my hybrid battery engine code for 100$ flat. If you are having hybrid battery problems in particular save yourself time and money by going with the competition.

I called "Hybrid Battery Repair" due to having concerns about my hybrid battery. After talking with the owner, who was very helpful in discussing my situation, he advised me based off his experience in working on hybrid batteries. The owner didn't try to sell me anything on the spot, or say I needed his services in a fear based way, but instead gave me a very thoughtful answer that I greatly appreciated. Based off this phone call, and hearing others experience in being a customer, I look forward to working with this company when the needed time comes, which is thankfully not today.

I never got to experience their work because they provided me with about 10 min of phone consultation. They could EASILY have told me to bring the vehicle in for diagnostics, but instead they walked me through common issues over the phone. It was suggested all I needed was a new 12v battery for my Prius and that was it! I replaced it myself and the vehicle runs now as it should. Can't thank them enough!!

The one guy that I spoke with was very rude and straight up told me that he was only interested in making the money. He did not want to direct me in a path to find another hybrid battery because he couldn't refurbish the one I've got. Not at all interested in customer service.

Roger and Tom had the right testing equipment, the knowledge, and the skill to recondition the hybrid battery in my Prius. They are guys who know their stuff and that can be trusted to do the job right.
