The team at Hybrid Battery Service are true professionals. I bought a battery from them with a year-and-a-half warranty for my 2010 Prius, but it actually lasted for two years. That’s an excellent result, considering I work as a Rideshare driver and covered 150,000 miles. I highly recommend them to everyone. By the way I have another 2010 Prius that they replaced the battery in and that one is still going strong.

I recently purchased a replacement hybrid battery for my Toyota Prius from Hybrid Battery Service through Ebay. I was very impressed with HBS. First, the shipment of the battery was fast. I received the battery a day early. In addition, it was shipped in a custom made container for the specific battery. The container was also used for returning my trade-in battery. Shipping and return shipping were included in the price. Speaking of price, I could not find anything comparable at the price and warranty at any of the HB sellers where I live in CA. The battery I purchased has an eighteen month warranty at a price that was less than a battery that only came with a battery with a 6 month warranty at other sellers. The battery itself arrived fully charged and ready to install. It worked perfectly for my Prius. Throughout the transaction, communication by HBS was outstanding. At one point I had a question regarding the shipment of my trade-in battery back to them and they responded with an answer quickly. I would recommend Hybrid Battery Service to anyone looking to purchase a Hybrid battery for their vehicle.

Terrible at communicating. Email says to call. When I call, they say to email. Several times I was on a call and they said they would call back when they knew more and they did not call back once; I always had to follow up. Told me I had to prepay for the battery and it turned out the battery was fine and they did not refund the full purchase. Kept the credit card fee. Which is like, whatever, but I wish you hadn't had me prepay if you knew you wouldn't be able to give a full refund. My car is dead and I wanted to know if they wanted the battery since they verified it was good and I cannot get in contact with them.

Using the Dr Prius app and driving approximately 50 miles to check the battery the internal resistance is 19-20 milli- ohms consistently and the voltage variation is .03-.11Volts. However the issues I am a little concerned with is that the battery capacity is only at 65% when fully charged and block #11 has a consistent lower voltage than the rest of the pack. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and the service I received! I would buy from this company again!

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. This company will exceed your expectations and more. I live in AZ and they shipped a new battery easily and conveniently in form fitted box. When I needed help and reached out with installation(I didn’t fully seat the orange plug) they made sure I was in good hands and solved my issue. I had to slide the orange safety plug to the right to fully lock it in. Consider this company when looking for a new hybrid battery.
