i had a solid experience with the replacement of the hybrid battery on my 2007 Toyota Prius today. the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very hardworking. although the repair ended up taking longer than expected because the battery they initially installed didn’t pass the test after installation, they handled the situation with honesty and care. what really stood out was how they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right rather than rushing the job. i truly appreciate their dedication and customer service, and i would recommend them to anyone needing hybrid work or reliable mechanical help! thanks

So grateful for this place! Such a refreshing experience. I have a 2013 pruis, All my lights came on my dash as I was leaving the airport picking up a friend and I thought it was my hybrid battery, my car wouldn’t move, he came to me to see what might be wrong to do a read on the car, connected me with a tow truck that was so reasonably priced, once I got to there I was in and out within the hr with a new fuel pump and new knowledge about my car. I’ve never had an experience like this with a mechanic. I’m so appreciative for the human kindness displayed. Truly a great experience. He was genuinely trying to help me have my car run better! I will be going back !
