Hybrid Hero MKE

Andy was amazing! I was able to come and purchase an MFD for my 2005 Prius. I bought the part and when I arrived, Andy gave me the part and installed it himself for me for free. He is very knowledgeable about hybrid cars and I will be using him again for sure! If you need hybrid help, this is the place to go to!

Amazing shop. Quality work. Good people. If you’re like me, you might be apprehensive of car shops. You might worry if you’re getting messed with over the price or service. None of those concerns should be considered with this shop. This is truly a gem of a company. The owner, Andy, is one of the best people you’ll ever meet. One of the workers, Ethan, is incredibly knowledgeable of all things auto, and particularly hybrids. I came to this shop in a very difficult chapter in my life. I needed a reliable car for work and to reliably visit a sick relative. The Prius I got was incredibly reliable, and all the work I had done over time was of amazing quality and reasonably priced. Before you go anywhere else for a hybrid repair, or to buy a used hybrid, give this shop a call. You won’t be sorry.

If your Prius needs battery replacement, THESE are the people to call. I called Andy S. at 9 AM 7/15/25 and had my batteries replaced with a three-year warranty that day. Andy makes Engineer Montgomery Scott aka "Scotty" look slow and disorganized. He was smart, friendly, knowledgeable, and swift! He showed me how to turn my car's wireless key back on gratis before diagnosing the problem correctly and my car was back THAT EVENING. Thanks Andy, you're my Hybrid Hero!

Hybrid Hero to the Rescue! Andy is a certified installer of NexPower Sodium batteries. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I made an installation appointment, but could not get to his garage because my starter battery was dead. Andy met me in my driveway, and let me borrow his Prius for the duration of the repair. He installed the HV battery and brought my 12V back to life. A mechanic with kindness, integrity and expertise is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Hybrid Hero for saving the day and getting me back on the road!

Andy was amazing and great person. The cost was very affordable. Andy helped work around our schedule and secure us a loaner. Finished the battery replacement that same day on our Camry! Always communicated with us every step of the way. Once dropped off gave us in-depth details on the process and comparison with the new battery. Hybrid hero’s deserves all our respect!!
