Intermountain Battery

Unfortunate service after 6 batteries bought. Was not given a credit on the new one I bought a few months back. The warrant is is very grey and not worth it. They told me they are not responsible for the battery after 30 days. There is nothing on the receipts or website stating the info. Just letting others know up front what they do not tell you when you buy it. Lesson learned. Products that come with a warranty should last longer than 6 months. Otherwise the warranty is crap on a sign. Posting signs that offer zero help after the purchase and a product fails is crap. I bought a new battery on the spot as like most of your neighbors and family no one can be without a car for days as you conveniently charge our batteries.

Great experience. They had my mini Cooper countryman S Battery in stock. They only charge $10 for the install and I was in and out in no less than 15 minutes, no exaggeration. I will be returning.

They were great. The staff is amazing. They were stock to and ready to go. I picked up four batteries. No problem at all and they did not have to order them. As someone running a business who needed electric pallet jack batteries is very helpful. The staff was super helpful. They helped me load and unload the batteries. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great job guys.

I see some 1 star reviews on here and for the life of me idk why. Is the best prices batteries in the city, they install it for basically free in 5 minutes, and there is ZERO wait time. Look yall, if ya don’t know cars and screw up your battery after getting it that’s on you, but don’t leave a 1 star somewhere just cause you’re upset about something in your own life. This place rocks

Excellent service! The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. They honored the warranty and replaced my battery without any problems. I was in and out quickly. Really appreciate the great customer service!
