Interstate All Battery Center of Casper, WY

Very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Brought in a dead battery that was out of warranty but they charged full overnight and let me know it was fine. They then had me bring in my car and checked the alternator diode for free and that was not the problem that had discharged the battery. The probable issue was a parasitic drain that slowly discharged the battery over a long period of time. The car starts up just fine. I really appreciated the care they took in helping me.

Quick and professional service. Got me right in, found the issue and installed a new battery in these than 30 minutes. Interstate Batteries are the only ones I use.

This place is great! Friendly staff, great inventory and very fast! They have such a vast inventory it’s crazy!! If they don’t have it they usually can get it very quickly! Will use these guys all the time!!

Today I went in to have Interstate Battery check my battery because the car was having a hard time starting. The battery is one of the reasons why that can happen. Mark and his team were amazing. I cannot say enough good about him and his colleagues as they were extremely helpful and trying to pin down the reason why I was having a hard time with the starter. We ultimately determined it was not the battery and even then they did everything they could to help. The car was taken to another mechanic that was recommended and I was provided a ride back to work by Mark. They n't they went out of their way to be outstanding and customer service and Care. I will take all of our business to this company in regard to batteries from this point forward. It is GREAT to see customer service at its best.

These guys are amazing 👏 We needed a battery asap for a work vehicle and they had it ready for us in 5 minutes. WOW plus they fixed our key fobs. Talk about excellent service, I would give them many more stars if I could. You saved us thanks guys!!!
