Interstate All Battery Center of Omaha, NE

They took excellent care of my vehicle. I needed a new battery, and they were able to replace it within about 30 minutes without an appointment. The service was quick, professional, and very convenient. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend them!

I recently went to Interstate to get a new battery for my Honda Odyssey. During replacement a fuse was blown so there was no electrical in the vehicle. The employees at Interstate did their best to try to find what happened, looking all over the vehicle for the problem. After an hour or 2, they were unable to locate the problem and my car had to be towed to Honda. Dan accepted full responsibility on behalf of his team and handled the tow and repair fees. Above and beyond customer service and I'm so thankful they made an unfortunate situation better! 11/10 recommend this team!

I was to this place to recycle some batteries, mostly AA and AAA. Some of them had a note with a restriction (they should be recycled in a special places). The employee said “no”, that is an old instruction and now it can go to the regular trash, but if I need that service anyway, I have to pay per lb. It is not a problem to pay, and I paid $20+. Are they going to recycle?

We use interstate Battery for all our Battery needs for the company I work for. They are very quick to respond to emails. They are always extremely polite, helpful and honest. Our delivery guy is amazing! Always go through Interstate before ever going anywhere else. Never have any issues with them! I wish all vendors worked this well!!!
