Interstate All Battery Center of Rapid City, SD

Gavin was awesome! I have a Ford C-Max. Several auto-shops never heard of a C-Max. One referred me to Interstate. Talked with Gavin- battery was in stock. Brought my car over. Estimate got there about 4:45. Gavin jumped right in, and switched out the battery in maybe 30 minutes!!! Super friendly guy! Really appreciated the service! Thank you 😊.

Stopped here to get a new battery for our generator. They had exactly what I needed and the people were friendly. If you need a replacement battery I recommend this place.

Chris has Excellent customer service . Was very helpful when I asked questions and replaced my battery .

My First And Only Call Was To Interstate Battery. They Took Such Excellent Care Of This Older Woman When The Battery In My Used Just Bought Car That Drove For 6 Months Had A Hole In Bottom Of It. Chris Gave Me A Tray And Bungeed My Battery In My Car With No Extra Charge. Thank You Chris And Steven For The Excellent Service. Stay Blessed Always.

I recently visited this shop close to closing time, and while they did complete the job, the service was incredibly poor. As the employee changed my battery, he was visibly irritated—throwing things and acting physically aggressive. I’ve never seen a mechanic behave this way. He actually pulled the old battery out of my car and chucked it. He barely spoke to me, and when he did, he was extremely rude. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place based on the behavior I witnessed. Never again.
