Interstate All Battery Center of Windsor Heights, IA

Outstanding customer service DJ showed me all the different prices I am truly satisfied with my purchase most definitely recommend to everyone that need a battery

Chris did a terrific job installing a new car battery. It was a cold day, and it took longer than usual to get it situated properly. Chris had a positive attitude about the whole thing and was very friendly. We were also given a military discount, which was great. We're very pleased with the service we received at Interstate Battery in Windsor Heights, and we'll be back for other batteries.

Just had the best customer service experience here. The store was very busy and I got in and out in an extremely efficient time range. Also got a completely free replacement on my battery because of my warranty. They have great warranty options. Always get the warranty. It pays for itself! The guy was also very nice. Top notch experience 👌

My one year old battery died while at the car dealership and I didn't undstand why. The dealership said I needed to replace it. After they jumped it, I drove it to Interstate. The guy there readily took the battery out and provided me with a loaner while they tested the old one, in 35 below zero weather. They charged the battery and tested it. It was still good. It was explained to me that short trips, all in town, can slowly drain the battery and there is a need to drive it on the interstate or highway a couple of times a month to get a good recharge. The guys were very helpful and friendly and nice! They took great care of me and I am so glad to have a better understanding and that they provided me with the education I need, to prevent this same mistake on my end. Thank you!

Got a new car battery awhile ago and that went great. Got a new pair of keys made for about 70% less than the dealership! Staff is always very pleasant and nice. I recommend this place for all car needs!
