Jensen Electric & Generator

Michael Norton came on Friday to handle a ton of electrical outages we had around the house. One by one, he got them working in no time at all… even helping us out extra things like items stuck in outlets from our kids 😂 he got the jobs done very efficiently and explained everything as he went. Will be asking for him again with anything else that falls through going forward!

Kyle did a great job with our service request. He was able to get our outlets in working order and was very knowledgeable about what the issue was/how to fix it. He was also kind and respectful, which was very much appreciated.

Michael and Kyle texted me that the were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly, explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and solved the problems. It's great to have everything working again! I will contact Jensen in the future for my electrical needs.

We had a great experience! Michael was quick, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, completed the work promptly, and was professional throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend him and use him again for future electrical needs.

Michael Norton and Joe came to take care of two outlets issues I had. The were very professional. They quickly identified the problem, explained it to me and fixed the issue. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism. I will recommend Jensen Electric to others because of them.
