Kar-Life Battery

The customer service was amazing! I got all of the information I needed when I called and when I went to the store, everything was delivered as promised. They have the cheapest batteries in the Phoenix area as well as excellent customer service..

This place is the best low on funds need a good reliable battery for a good price this is the place you wanna go to... Batteries here last up to 8 month or more! Daniel is real cool my bad alternator killed my battery and when I took it back without a receipt he swapped it out no questions no hassle you get 6 months warranty and they place a sticker on top of battery when purchase in case you loose receipt but it's encouraged to provide receipts for any returns... Thanks Daniel....

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me on work I didn’t need. Their pricing was fair compared to other shops I checked, and the quality of the work gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. If you’re looking for a shop that’s trustworthy, communicates well, and offers reasonable prices, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. It’s refreshing to find a place that values long-term customers over making a quick sale.

Gerard is great! He’s honest, hospitable, and quick. If you need a great battery for a great price new or used, this is the spot! They also have good candy 😎

Do you ever feel like if it's not one thing, it's another that's going to hit you financially when you least need it, nor want it? Does it seem like humanity is dying? If you said yes to either or both of those questions, you're not alone. I own a 2024 Hyundai Elantra SE 2.0L. A new battery for my car is about (drum roll) $250+ dollars. It's one of those new batteries automakers are putting in cars. I don't know why, but my car with 45k miles already went through two (2) dealership batteries, and now I'm having to buy another battery? Like, what the fukio?!? There was no way I could afford a $250+ battery, and I don't have a sugar daddy. So what's a girl to do? Use her brains and look into a used battery! Guess what? It paid to think! I called Kar-Life Battery and spoke with Keith JR. I asked him if he had a battery for my car, and he said he did. He gave me two options, and I went with the one that was just a little bit more for peace of mind. But here's where he became my hero for the day. I'm often doing things for others, and instead of some type of payment, I just ask that they pay it forward. I'm really hurting financially right now, and he shaved off a little on the price for me without me even asking. Well, I'm both very much appreciative and thankful for Keith Jr. being my hero that day!
