Lakeshore hybrid

The last two times I’ve needed repairs done to my 2014 Subaru crosstrek I have brought it to Lakeshore Hybrid and I will continue to do so! They have replaced both cv axles for me, rotted bushings and the most recent time a right passenger wheel bearing. Both Carl and Tyler are very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. My car each time has been in and out within a day and they even have graciously lent me a loaner each time I need service done so I can still get to work! The mechanic that does the work on my vehicle is Subaru certified and that makes me feel even better bringing it here! As a young woman living 13 hours away from home, it’s nice to know I’ve found an honest shop that doesn’t tell me things that need to be fixed that really don’t. Thank you to all of you at lakeshore hybrid!

I unfortunately waited way too long to address the brake issues I was having with my Jeep Compass , so I knew I needed to get it looked at and repaired right away. I made an appointment and had it in two days later , and these guys were so thorough, and found amongst other things a seized caliper. Once I gave the authorization for the repairs I needed , they began working on my vehicle right away, got me set with a loaner , even installing my car seat in the loaner, and ensuring I had a safe way home and back to work. They had my vehicle fully repaired in barely 24hrs ! I received notification my vehicle was done , and they again took my car seat from the loaner and reinstalled it back into my vehicle ! Thank you so much Tyler and Carl , you both made this a very painless experience for me and Lakeshore Hybrid will now get all of my business and I learned a valuable lesson never to wait on vehicle repairs ! My Jeep now drives like the day I drove it off the car lot !
