Loyal Lab Electric & Generators

Justin and his partner(whose name I forgot, I apologize) were outstanding! They understood the work I was looking to have done, gave me a very reasonable quote, and were able to finish the project the same day. In addition, they willingly changed a very high up lightbulb in my garage for no extra charge. I will definitely be using their services in the future for any other electrical needs!

Troy was exceptional today on his service call to my house. He walked me through everything as he worked, explaining what he was doing and why, giving me a real peace of mind - the insight was genuinely helpful for any future projects, as well. Quality work, clear communication and a friendly, patient approach throughout. I highly recommend Loyal Lab and we'll be calling them again for future project.

I had a great experience with Loyal Lab Electric. The entire process was easy from start to finish. I booked online and Clay came out promptly for an estimate. I appreciated the automated text confirmation/appointment reminders. Clay answered all my questions about my new house and provided a detailed estimate for a service upgrade and dryer plug installation quickly after he left. Once I approved the estimate, he called me directly to schedule the work which was scheduled for just a few days later. On the day of the job, Troy and another worker arrived well prepared and already knew exactly what work was to be done. I left for the day while they completed the work and they called me at the end to walkthrough everything they did. The service upgrade/breaker panel work were done neatly and professionally, the new dryer outlet was installed as promised, and they left the house secured and locked up when they finished. The entire team was organized, communicative, and easy to work with. They did exactly what they said they would do, the quality of the work was excellent, and the price was more than reasonable. I've found my go-to electricians. Highly recommend!

I needed to have an EV charger installed and I called Loyal Lab after reading the multiple 5 star reviews on Google. They did not disappoint. Getting an estimate was really easy- they showed up exact at the time agreed to and similarly they showed up to install the charger on the agreed to time. Try did a very nice clean install- I highly recommend them and in fact will be using them again to install a ceiling fan.

Great ON TIME service. Technicians are very professional and easy to deal with them both. Clean and neat installation. I couldn’t be happier with them. I took a picture of the truck and sent it to several friends to refer your services. FIVE STARS OF Five. Your company is now my preferred electrical contractor. GREAT JOB!! Well done!
