This shop is awesome. The vibe feels very communal and Mikey is very communicative. The repairs I’ve needed happened in a timely manner. I drive a Tesla and finding someone who can work my car is a hustle because the dealership can really up charge and these folks don’t, they’re also super honest about the repairs. They let me see under my car and explained to me some preventative measures to keep the car on the road. I just appreciate these garage and the folks here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal service for Tesla owners! My 2019 Tesla Model 3 developed that dreaded control arm squeak, and driving it was becoming insufferable. I brought it to Mile Hybrid, and they handled everything with total professionalism. They swapped out the upper control arm, and by the time I drove it home, the squeak was completely gone—silence restored! Great communication, solid pricing, and true expertise with EVs. If you need work done on your Tesla, skip the long wait times elsewhere and take it to Mile Hybrid.

I recently bought a 2008 Toyota Prius and noticed a strange issue: the fuel gauge kept flashing, but no codes were coming back, except occasionally a low voltage code. Naturally, I assumed it was the hybrid battery. I took the car to Springs Hybrid Automotive, where the mechanic dismissed my concerns about the fuel gauge but insisted on replacing the battery for $3000. I felt uncomfortable with his treatment, so I continued searching for a proper diagnosis. I eventually visited Toyota’s service center, where they managed to identify the issue. However, they wanted to charge me $8000 to fix it. Since I didn’t trust the mechanic in Springs, I researched other options and found MileHybrid Automotive. After speaking with Micky, I felt they were the best shop I had encountered. I had called several others, even out of state. Micky was reassuring and listened to my concerns. He accommodated my schedule since I was planning a cross-country trip with the car. On the day of the appointment, they examined my vehicle and discovered that the dealership’s diagnosis was incorrect. The issue was that the dashboard wasn’t properly connected. I was thrilled to learn this because it would save me over $600. However, when I left, I realized that the fix only addressed half of the problem. I was quite upset because of the time and money I had invested in the vehicle and it still had this issue. When I called back, they immediately understood my frustration and that I was on a tight schedule. They were able to squeeze me into their already booked schedule and went above and beyond to ensure that the repair was completed. Although I was initially upset, I understood that they believed they had fixed the issue and wanted to save me money. I completely respect their decision. I continued my trip, and the car performed exceptionally well after the repairs. Unfortunately, it was totaled out by a deer on the way to my destination. I contacted the shop, and I could tell they genuinely felt bad about my situation. They helped me find a trustworthy hybrid mechanic in the state I was traveling to and provided me with advice on what to look for when it comes to hybrids. I truly believe that they are people I can rely on for auto repairs. You would be foolish to consider any other shop, and I can assure you of that from my experience.

I'd purchased a used 2010 Prius specifically because the previous owner had recently replaced the EV battery (often a major expense in long-term Prius ownership & maintenance) because I knew I could continue to operate the vehicle for a long time to come. I experienced an issue with the motor that arose a few months later (around 270,000 miles) that, when diagnosed, necessitated either replacement or disposal of the vehicle. I called around and learned about Mile Hybrid's record with hybrid vehicles and was advised by Micky that, if the EV battery was new, it was worth considering an engine replacement. Knowing the life of these vehicles to be excellent when well-maintained, I opted for an engine replacement to be done at Mile Hybrid. The replacement took only a few days and I have been beyond satisfied with the results. Between the replaced motor and new EV battery, this vehicle is going to be my daily driver well into the foreseeable future and continues to maintain excellent mileage and overall maintenance costs for standard items. Micky and staff have been incredibly helpful in follow-on oil changes and related maintenance work and I look forward to having all future work done by Mile Hybrid. Highly recommend for expert insight and automotive work on a Prius! I have far more peace of mind knowing the car's components have been expertly installed and understood by them.

Our daughter was in an accident, so we were going to take her car to a body shop to see if it should be totaled if it couldn't be repaired. I called here first because they had installed a new battery/display last year & thought they might buy them back prorated if her car was totaled. They told us they have fixed a couple hundred Prius's in this situation, so we had it towed here instead (we had no idea they did that kind of work). They are some of the most positive, competent, and helpful people we've met and did an Incredible job fixing our daughter's car at a super reasonable price. No regrets; thank you Mile Hybrid (Eric, Micky, & the whole team)!!
