Mr. Electric of North Shore, LA

This was the first time I called Mr. Electric. Two young men, arrived, Gerami and Riley to service my home. They were very prompt, articulate, with excellent customer service. Their skill at being electricians impressed me so much, I decided to transact repeat business in the next few weeks. If you want the absolute best, call Mr. Electric and ask for Gerami and Riley! Sam was great. He did excellent work. He even checked all of my electrical outlets to make sure they were operating properly and up to code. He replaced an old bathroom light, heat and exhaust fan and two GFI outlets.

Just called to get an estimate on someone coming to look at my breaker box because my heat isn't working and I have 2 small children in the home and I'm pregnant with twins going to give birth Monday. The lady that answered the phone has a severe attitude problem and made me change my mind about using this company. Very disrespectful and not a good look for the company.

Josh was prompt for our 9am appt, called me ahead of time. Appt was to quote for an outside EV charger and installation. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about all things electric. Did a complementary safety check. Would give Mr. Electric the business simply to hire Josh!

Josh deserves five stars plus! He was prompt arriving and working. He listened to my concerns, was efficient, knowledgeable, explained the work that needed to be done, and why it was necessary. He also gave me up front pricing that showed what I was paying for. Josh appears to be an asset that your company can be proud to employ.
