NTB-National Tire & Battery

Abdul and his team are truly wonderful. They helped me in my hour of need (an in-transit flat tire, which caused my car to be towed to their place) and had me back on the road in no time. They offer friendly, professional service at very reasonable prices. Plus, their facility is clean, organized, and well run. When I need new tires in the future, I will unquestionably return to them. Tell a friend!

from Front desk customer service to repair it has been very efficient. Normally when I come into other mechanic shop for a small task, they tend to have an attitude of like it's not worth their effort. Inside this company its a little bit different and they try to take every task and every issue seriously and respectfully offer the service as well. The pricing is pretty fair and it's reasonable. I recommend this place if you have tire issues. I came in for tire issues twice now and it's been great.

Met Abigail and Abdul at NTB. They offered the BOGO which was a good surprise from the online pricing. Came with the purchase of an alignment which I always get when changing tires. Abdul took the time to explain the online and in-store price breakout; all was as expected and this is the reason my family and I keep coming back to NTB for tires and oil changes. Highly recommend the service experience and a great area to get Korean pastries. Very clean place to work from too.

I had an amazing experience at this tire shop and felt like I had to share it. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help—not just rush me in and out like a number. They took the time to explain what was going on with my tires in a way that actually made sense, without any pressure or upselling. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were about pricing and options. It made me feel like I could trust them, which is rare these days. What stood out the most was how fast and efficient they were without sacrificing quality. They got me back on the road quicker than I expected, and everything was done right the first time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs tire service. Great service like this is hard to find!

There was a nail in a tire on my car so I called NTB to make an appointment. Luckily they could take care of it that same evening. The employees were wonderful and the waiting area was very comfortable. The price was very fair.
