Ohio Hybrid Systems

If you are having issues with your Prius, please go here. I needed a water pump replaced, I already had the part and Nick was able to fit us in within the hour. The shop did a great job quickly, we only waited about an hour. After getting home we had some issues with weird sounds when steering and a MAF sensor pop up. The issues were completely unrelated but Nick spent the time to talk to me on the phone, explain things and offered to come take a look at the car. I asked if I could bring it back in the next day for a front end inspections and he was so accommodating. He cleaned the MFA sensor for me, gave us a better air filter, and took a look at our concerns with the sound. The issue ended up not being a big fix, just a broken dust cover and a worn sway bar. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Nick is a stand up guy with a great shop, great prices, and goes above and beyond. Please go here if you need help.

All the lights came on suddenly in my 2008 Prius! I was so worried that my beloved car was done for. I took my car here and they figured out the problem so fast, and I was back on the road in under an hour. These guys are so so kind and amazing! They are genuinely great at what they do. Very wonderful people. This is the only place I’ll be taking my car to now! I would 100% recommend it to anyone who drives a hybrid. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I’m a first time hybrid owner and recently had to go through the intimidating process of finding a mechanic I can trust and know I can return to whenever I need some repairs, and Nick, the owner, is definitely that guy. I initially sent him a text message with a couple of questions and he was more than willing to help, and replied super quickly as well. I was a bit worried about driving my car any more than I had to because it was signaling that the hybrid battery was failing (08 Camry) and he made a trip out to my house to run some tests which immensely relieved some stress I had about this. I drove my car to his shop, and by the next day he had it repaired and ready for me. He even did a few extra things I asked him to last minute. Trust this shop. This is the one you’ve been looking for. Real people doing real work with real integrity. They know hybrids inside and out and were very familiar with my 3rd gen Prius. I came in for EGR cooler maintenance, which other local shops didn’t even seem to understand when I mentioned it. Nick immediately knew what I was talking about, explained that he’s done plenty of them, and when I dropped my car off he even showed me several EGR coolers he was in the middle of cleaning. It’s always good to see that kind of hands-on experience right in front of you. Communication was great, service was quick, and they were flexible when my schedule changed. They also pointed out a few other small things to keep an eye on so I can stay ahead of any future issues. Pricing was fair, the work was excellent, and the whole place just gives off good energy. No upselling, no pressure, just genuine people who care about what they do. They definitely earned a long-term customer. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Nick was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. He gave me solid advice as well as knew the exact issue after a short time with the vehicle. He took my car the same day I stopped by to simply talk a bit and had the car finished in the time frame he mentioned. He did a great deal of work for a very very very fair price. Probably too fair! One of the greats and I'd absolutely take my Prius back but I don't think I'll have to following his work!
