Emerson Caballero was AWESOME!!!! Very KIND, PROFESSIONAL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE !!! He gave me a ETA curtesy call and followed through on the call. He replaced my battery and answered my million and one questions :). I would highly recommend him to service your car!!!

Toady my EV battery died I called AAA they sent out a guy who was rude, and clueless. He came with a Jump box with cables that were to big to jump the EV he didn't know where to plug the Jump cable too so he insisted I needed a new battery . I was shocked since they are roadside . I went to autozone the reps came out jumped my car and I'm charging now don't use this service they will scam u like u need a battery just to make money . Pic below showing I didn't need a battery I needed a skillful technician

Actual scam artists. Tech said battery warranty was voided and after I spoke to a supervisor, they said that was absolutely not correct and then sent another tech out to replace. Scammers. If they send you the guy with a pony tail and tattoos he will try to scam you. Beware.

Some help for those having a bad experience, or before you call them: PBS is a sales job first and foremost, and roadside assistance second. Techs are paid based on commission, and if they don't make enough sales for the 12-hour day, they get the legally required minimum wage. On the other hand, official AAA techs make over $20 an hour. You can see how this would encourage pushing sales and unnecessary services. It's common practice for the techs to include extra services in the price they quote, because that allows them to slip in extra sales that they get paid for. Don't get me wrong, though, as there are absolutely a few good dudes doing the work who are completely honest and will not try to bamboozle you. If you have to call AAA for battery service, be very clear with the person on the phone that you DO NOT want a 3rd party service provider.

Jordan was awesome. He arrived quickly, courteous as ever and met me at my car. He tested & diagnosed my 7 yr old & dead battery, had a replacement readily available and in 5 minutes my car sprung to life. Because Im traveling, the rear area in my car where you need to access the battery, was packed. Jordan helped me clear out and put back my stuff thoughtfully. Im impressed with the response time communication, professionalism of this company and gentleman.
